Without this listing\, an entity's training program will not be recognized when an individual attempts to register for the CDL skills test\, passenger or school bus endorsement skills test\, or hazmat endorsement written test. The individual will be denied the test until he or she has proof of successfully completing a course of instruction\, provided by an entity listed on the TPR.\n\nHours of Service\nDuring these seminars\, we will discuss the new regulations that took eect on September 29\, 2020. The new rules aim to provide drivers with greater exibility while maintaining safety on our nation's roads. Participants will be given information to understand what the changes are to the hours of service rules\, including allowing drivers to split their o-duty time.\n\nDrug and Alcohol Clearinghouse\nThe seminars will cover the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse\, and what motor carriers are required to do to comply. The Clearinghouse is an online database that contains real-time access to information on drug and alcohol program violations committed by drivers who are subject to 49 CFR Part 382.
